- Eggs(hard boiled)- 2nos
- Onions(chopped)- 1no
- Ginger paste- 2tsp
- Garlic paste- 2tsp
- Red chilli powder- 2tsp
- Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1/2tsp
- Oil- 1tbsp
- Curry leaves- few
- Mustard seeds- 1/2tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now fry onions till slightly brown colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste, add the powders and mix well till the oil begins to seperate from the masala.
- Now add 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil on medium flame. Stir in between.
- Half slit the boiled eggs vertically and add to the gravy.Cook for 10 minutes on low flame till the gravy is thickened and blended well.
- Turn off the fire and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with desired breakfast.
