Prawns in Coconut Milk Curry

Having lived in Northern part of Indian since my childhood, we never got to taste sea food. Prawns and other sea fishes were not available and so we never developed a taste for them. But once on my husband's insistence, I tasted prawns and just loved them. Since then they have become one of my favorite food and I make sure I make some for special occasions. So when I was planning a special Valentine's day meal for my hubby, Prawns were obviously in the list. I decided to make them in a coconut milk gravy this time and they turned out wonderful.
