Italian steak tartare Recipe


Cut the heart of an artichoke in thin slices and keep in ice water and some lemon juice to keep from browning.

Melt a knob of butter, add a splash of olive oil. Add 4 tbsp Panko and 2 tbsp grated Parmesan. Brown and keep on kitchen paper.

Then put 4 egg yolks and 2 anchovies in a mixing cup, add 150 ml sunflower oil and use a mixer to make a nice thick mayonaise. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Slice 100g mushrooms, mix with the artichoke and a couple of tbsp mayo.

Slice 200 g steak, add peper, salt and olive oil.

Serve as shown
