Potato dischetti with pulpo and capers Recipe





Slice some potatoes into 3 mm discs. Boil them in salted water during 6 mins. Dry and reserve.

Slice a boiled octopus tentacle.

Panfry the potatoes and the octopus slices

Serve as shown with smoked paprika, leaves of fresh oregano, capers and drizzle with  olive oil
