Crispy amuse from prawn cracker, hummus, cherry tomato, pine nuts Recipe


Halve some cherry tomatoes, drip some olive oil over them and season with sea salt and za'atar.

Bake in a 100°C oven during 1 hr.

Pan fry some pine nuts in a dry pan

Scoop 1/2 tbsp hummus in prawn crackers (kroepoek), finish with 1/2 tomato and a few pine nuts
