Corn, safran, almond-lime mayo Recipe




















Boil a cob of corn for 2 hrs in salted water with 1/2 gr safran

Mix 2 yolks, the juice of 1/2 lime, 1/2 gr safran with the stick blender. Slowly add 50h almond oil and 100g archaide oil to create a mayonaise.

Season with lime zest, pepper and salt.

Serve as shown with coriander leaves
